with full extension.
Shelves
3/4” solid hardwood full depth shelves with adjustable standards.
5mm pegs are used behind glass doors and on exposed shelves.
Door Construction
3/4” solid hardwood frames joined by cope and stick then glued and
pin tacked for strength and squareness.
3/4” solid hardwood panel in design of your choosing.
Concealed 35mm cup hinges in your choice of full or ½” overlay.
Box
3/4” solid hardwood face frame and sides.
1/2” matching plywood used on bottoms, backs and tops (uppers only).
3/4” solid hardwood bracing (cleats, corner blocking) glued and then
screwed into place for rigidity.
3/4” solid hardwood toekick.
