About Us![]() Thanks to our Appalachian Mountains location, we have ready access to some of the finest hardwoods in the world through independent logging companies and individual loggers. We produce cherry, hard and soft maple, ash and red oak at one of the largest square mills in the east, with dry kiln capacity of 3 million square feet. C&C Smith Lumber serves the entire furniture industry, from the smallest carving company to most major domestic furniture companies. We pride ourselves on exploring new markets and are always looking for better ways to serve our customers:
At C&C Smith, we strive to be a no-waste facility from start to finish. Bark removed from our logs goes to landscaping companies or mushroom farms. Sawdust is used for pellets or to heat our dry kilns. We grind all remaining waste and turn it into premium wood pellets. Although C&C Smith Lumber Company has grown considerably over the past 45 years, our owners maintain a hands-on approach that keeps the focus on quality. Whether we’re producing turning blanks, dimension parts, pellets or any other wood product, we promise—and deliver—the highest level of quality. |
